Paid Claims delivers each of the three key service components for a monthly fee. There are no setup or termination fees for audit exposure monitoring or compliance management, billing service, or access to comprehensive practice management technology.

A. Post-Payment Audit Risk and Compliance Management: No set up fee for compliance services. An all-inclusive fee of 0.5% of monthly collections covers continuous audit pattern monitoring, warning generation to workbench, and monthly review by Labady and Randolph, LLC for possible audit exposure.

1. No extra fees for phone or email consultation on billing or coding compliance.
2. No extra fees for first consultation upon post-payment audit notice regardless of time.
3. 25% off standard rate for preparation of a practice-specific compliance manual for your office (optional).

B. Billing Service: No set up fee for billing services. An all-inclusive fee of 8% of monthly collection excluding upfront cash payments collected in the office, covers the entire billing process, including payment posting, aggressive followup, and reporting.

C. Comprehensive Practice Management Technology. No set up fees for technology. An all-inclusive fee of $199 per month covers all data center services.

1. No extra backup fees.  Backups performed on 5-15 minute intervals and stored in two separate HIPAA-compliant data centers.
2. No extra document imaging fees.  Patient medical data, x-ray images, check images, faxed documents, etc. all stored digitally and retrieved within seconds, regardless of quantity.
3. No extra module fees for online services, including full-featured Appointment Scheduler, Patient Eligibility Verification, EMR, SOAP notes, Superbill, comprehensive reporting, claim validation (CCI+LMRP), digital claim submission, digital posting of electronic remittance advise (ERA), and billing process management.
4. No extra charge for any number of users or terminals.
5. No extra charge for superbill customization, clearinghouse interfaces, software support, updates, user configurable access permissions.
